A question to Tyler Wilson & Joseph Pitruzzelli, owners of Wurstkuche...
What is attempting to ruin someone's life worth in compensation?I was forced to think about this question today when I was asked by Tyler Wilson what I wanted as compensation to take my blogs sites down about what he and his cousin Joseph Pitruzzelli put me through as their artist neighbor after Wurstkuche invading the arts district. Yes, that's right, Tyler Wilson actually called me. He said he wanted to offer me an "opportunity" almost like we were old friends. He never offered an apology for what he, his cousin, his restaurant Wurstkuche, and his corporation, Wilson, Pitruzzelli investments put me through as their neighbor, in fact, he tried to just belittle it as "the past" as if nothing had really happened, but now wanted to offer me an "opportunity" as he called it several times. And what was that opportunity? $10,000 to take all my blog sites down that have all the evidence of the law suits and the hell they put me through as their neighbor. And he said that "only he and I cared about the blogs on the site". Well, that may be true, but that doesn't seem to stop the traffic I get there on a daily basis. Have you googled wurstkuche? WurstkucheSucks.com usally comes up on the same page as well. In fact, and I'm almost embarrassed to say, WurstkucheSucks.com now gets more hits daily then TheGoldnerGirls.com. And the fact that I know the site is up with the truth is really enough for me.
Tyler, you and your cousin are republican sleaze balls that literally harassed and tortured me out of my studio over a two year period in the heart of the LA Arts District and then you tried to sue me for $100,000.00 to bury my personal blogs about you, and in doing so continued your blatant harassment for more then a year after I left the arts district. Now you offer me this token of $10,000 and you think it will make everything you put me through okay? Are you fucking kidding me? After what you tried to do to me? You offered absolutely no apologies and had no humility what so ever about what you have done to me, and in fact, made it very clear that the only reason you want the blogs down is for your own ego. If you're now embarrassed, you should be! But that's not enough and it's way too fucking late! You still don't get it and you don't give a flying fuck what you and your hypocrite of a cousin, LARABA's president, have put me through or what you've actually cost me in time, productivity and money itself! Seriously, go fuck yourselves. 10,000 wouldn't even cover the legal expenses I had to put out just to try and fight Wurstkuche's and Paul Solomon's continued illegal use of the artist loft that was next to me! Nor does it consider anything you assholes put me through for two full years straight!
As far as I'm concerned, what you and your cousin did to me was purposeful, malicious and totally dishonest! You tried to villainize me to take the focus off the point, your illegal use of that artist loft. You've personally given me two legal declarations packed with your own blatant lies, Tyler. I can see how that could embarrass your family, but that can also ruin someone's life you fucking asshole! You and your cousin literally tried to ruin my life with false police reports, a bogus restraining order packed with blatant lies, a 100,000.00 law suit packed with lies that verge on being blatant fantastic fantasy's rather then anything in reality, and all of them thrown out of court as you pathetic yuppies continue to illegally use that AIR next Wurstkuche as a illegal commercial warehouse. You disrupted my life from the first week you arrived and then pretended to somehow be the victim of your artist neighbor as you made 3 million your first year and squashed any productivity out of me and what was my creative live work space. Or the 24 hour commercial nightmare you illegally used it as! Now you just want to make any record of how you acted and what you did to me go away like it didn't really happen. You do exactly what all sleazy republicans do in this country, but I didn't let you get away with it. You tried to turn everything around on me with your blatant lies, but I stood my ground and the truth came out. And that's exactly what both of you, Tyler Wilson and Joseph Pitruzzelli still want to hide. The truth. That's why you and Wurstkuche Suck! Do you get it yet? That is why this site will not fade away.
If you actually want to repent, Tyler, then you have to take full responsibility for what you did. You actually have to show humility! And neither of you, Tyler Wilson, Joseph Pitruzzelli will do that because neither of you have an ounce of integrity or humility between you.
Now back to the moot question at hand.... If I was even going to consider selling my two Wurstkuche blogs domains, I would stand by the per domain price you yourself set with your phony harassment law suit as a base minimum to start at. But that alone would still not address the last two years you tortured me as your neighbor. That is not something I should have had to pay for! I would want my last two years of rent back and I would want all my legal expenses I was forced to put out back as well. That's at least a starting point. But as I said.... The question is moot because it will never happen.

And I use the term "landlord" loosely. Slumlord would be much more appropriate. Paul Solomon was a nightmare as a landlord for any artist and I would warn all potential tenants thinking about moving into one of his buildings to stay away from any artist loft under his management! Paul Solomon does not care about his artist tenants. He's just a self serving plutocrat trying to make more money for himself and that's a verifiable fact.

These are all verifiable facts and can be found in legal documents posted on LAArtsDistrictBlogs.com, Wurstkucheblogs.com and WurstkucheSucks.com. Paul Solomon illegally allowed the Artist in Residence at 806 E. 3rd St., the loft directly next to my studio, to be used as a noisy 24 hour commercial warehouse by Wurstkuche Restaurant next door, and literally disrupted my life and all the actual artist that were trying to live and work around this 24 hour illegal nightmare. Paul Solomon and the owners of Wurstkuche were cited by the city of Los Angeles for that illegal use but to date have never complied with the city's "Order to Comply".
Again, Paul Solomon was cited by the city of Los Angeles for the illegal use, but refused to stop it because he didn't want to give up the commercial rates that rental was creating for him. Solomon screwed all the artist's actually trying to live and work there! Is that the kind of landlord an artist or anyone for that matter wants? That's just sleazy! I literally had to move out of my studio because Paul Solomon and the owners of Wurstkuche made my life and my loft an unlivable 24 hour nightmare, and did so in what was supposed to be the heart of the LA Arts District.
That is Paul Solomon's legacy to the Arts District. He can build all AIR's he wants, that will not change who he is as a person. And in my opinion, he's a sleazy self serving slumlord and I warn any artist to stay away from any so called artist building he is a part of.

I wanted to thank you and your office so much for the living hell you've turned the Arts District into for the actual artists trying to live and work there. You can read more about how I personally feel at LAArtsDistrictBlogs.com, WurstkucheSucks.com and WurstkucheBlogs.com. And I've also attached the ruling to this email for the wonderful law suit filed against me by the yuppie Wurstkuche sleazeballs, Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson. They didn't like my blogs that documented the hell they put me through as their neighbor after they moved into the arts district and disrupted my life. It took over a year of complaining before the city of Los Angeles actually cited them for the illegal use of an AIR as a commercial warehouse for their restaurant next door, (also attached) but then the city did absolutely nothing to follow up to stop Wurstkuche's on going 24 hour disruptive illegal nightmare use of the AIR loft directly next to my long time studio! I had to move, Jan! I was pushed out! Again! Because before this loft, I was one of the Artist's at 2121 E. 7th Place that got thrown out to turn that complex into condos for more yuppies. Then it just sat empty for years! So now I've been screwed two times in a row by self serving landlords and businesses that really don't give a damn about the actual artist's lives they disrupt with their hostile take overs. And from my experiences, your office did nothing and has not been on the artist side at all.Wurstkuche's illegal use continues to this day. Do you care? Because now there are no more artists next to them to complain and Joseph Pitruzzelli has become the president of LARABA, an artist association, something that is total hypocrisy beyond belief and a slap in all the actual artist's faces. He was a self serving jackass as an arts district neighbor! And I've been here since 1982! Wurstkuche is artist worst nightmare come true and continues to be to this day! Your office did absolutely nothing to help when I needed it at 2121 7th Pl, nor did you lift a finger when I contacted your office about Wurskuche's illegal use at 808 E. 3rd St. You've allowed the arts district to become a commercial horror story for any artist still there. The city of Los Angeles failed to stop Wurstkuche owners illegal use of the AIR as a commercial warehouse directly next to my artist loft and put me through hell! Wurstkuche's wiener boys lost their law suit miserably because what I wrote about them was the truth about what they did and how I feel about it. And I'm not very happy. In fact, I'm pretty pissed off!
All of these domains I've created were started after the douche bag republican owners of Wurstkuche filed their 100,000.00 harassment laws suit for the blogs that were only on my personal web site, DavidGoldner.com. As the owner of Wurstkuche restaurant, Joseph Pitruzzelli and his partner Tyler Wilson literally harassed, disrupted and totally disrespected the lives of the artists around them that were trying to actually live and work in their legal artist in residence building as Joseph Pitruzzelli illegally used an Artist in Residence loft as a noisy 24 hour commercial warehouse for Wurstkuche restaurant next door.
Joseph Pitruzzelli had no regard or respect for his artist neighbors and was cited by the city of Los Angeles along with the buildings owner, Los Angeles developer Paul Solomon, for that illegal use of an Artist in Residence as a commercial warehouse that continues to this day. Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson were sued by their artist neighbor over their disruptive and illegal use of that long time Artist loft. But Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson refused to stop their illegal use of what is still to date, a legal Artist in Residence loft. They do not have any permits to date to use it as a commercial warehouse. But they have chased all the surrounding artist away. No one left to complain. That doesn't change the reality of what they have done and are still doing. Disrupting the lives of the actual artist's in the Arts District. That's what LARABA as well as Joseph Pitruzzelli should be concerned about. But are they? The fact that LARABA's own president is chasing the actual artist out of the Los Angeles Arts District should concern them. But does it? LARABA board members continue their own hypocrisy, by turning a blind eye to their own president's Joseph Pitruzzelli's lack of integraty with regards to respecting his arts district neighbors, an act of hypocrisy in itself for what is supposed to be an "artist association". The loft at 808 E. 3rd Street is still to date being illegally used by LARABA's president, Joseph Pitruzzelli. It is still a legal Artist in Residence. Joseph Pitruzzelli has no permits what so ever to allow his business, Wurstkuche Restaurant, to be using it as a commercial warehouse. And to date Joseph Pitruzzelli has still not stopped his disruptive commercial use of that long time Artist's loft. Why? Because they have chased all the surrounding artists away. That's why. A note to LA City Council Member Jan Perry...Take a look below at what I've had to put up with... Your arts district policies show your lack of consideration for the actual long time artists in the LA Arts District. I've had 4 lofts over 30 years since 1982. The actual artist's who were trying to live in your now over commercialized & condo-ized art's district is quickly shrinking to be replaced by yuppie assholes like Joseph Pitruzzelli & Tyler Wilson, the owners of Wurstkuche Restaurant.
Your office was fully aware that they illegally used the AIR loft next to my studio, a legal artist in residence, and made my life a living hell with no conscience or respect what so ever for the creative live / work aspect of that AIR building and your office did absolutely nothing to stop it. And to date, the use is apparently still illegal and the city of Los Angeles who cited both Wurstkuche Restaurant Owners and Paul Solomon the owner of my AIR building for that illegal use, has still done nothing to date to stop it. Could that be because there are no more artist to complain now? It's all commercial retail now, no more artist studios and that's making the city more money then the actual artists so you look the other way when artist's like me get screwed? And it is still an illegal use according to Joseph Pitruzzelli's own testimony in court. They still don't have a proper permit because they've harassed their artist neighbors away that were complaining! That is still a legal Artist in Residence loft that Joseph Pitruzzelli is still using as an illegal commercial warehouse in the heart of the LA Arts District.
Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson made my creative Live / Work space a un-creative and unlivable nightmare and on a 24 hour basis. Then after a year of complaints they consciously began to villainize me for standing up for my rights, the artist next door in my legal AIR loft in the arts district of all places. My complaining and confronting them was the problem, not their illegal use of a residential unit in a legal AIR building as a noisy 24 hour commercial warehouse on the other side of my plaster board wall. I distinctly recall you calling my art work porn and smut despite it's lack of any sexual content what so ever. Isn't that correct, Joey? So you consider nudity in itself pornography? Is that a religious thing? Because I also remember inviting you to come into my studio to look at my large original canvases. Do you remember that? Do you remember your reaction to my art work? I do. You were probably in my studio for less then 30 seconds. You walked in and looked like a nun that had just walked into a men's dressing room! You almost immediately got flustered and said you forgot something and turned and walked out. But I could see it was your reaction to the gallery of beautiful naked girls in my studio. Now I've studied the psychology of human sexuality in college and I have shot erotica for over 30 years now. I know what the normal male reaction is to my art work and your reaction was not that of a healthy straight male. Because I see that reaction all the time. Running like a scared nun or calling my glamorous pin up art pornography is not the norm for a male your age. So what is your fucking problem with beautiful naked girls, Joseph? Are you gay? I mean, that's okay. But if not, then personally I think you have a problem with human sexuality in general, or maybe just your own. It's was one year ago today that the frivolous law was filed against me and the corporate douche bags at Wurstkuche continue to this day to file paper with the court, pathetically playing the role of some kind of victim as they desperately try to deny the illegal use of the AIR next to my Arts District studio and what that illegal use did to me as their neighbor. What pathetic assholes they are! Here's the same post I put up when I got first the law suite. Nothing has changed...
First Amendment to the United States Constitution

This is to all the ignorant yuppie assholes out there who think they can quash the constitution and an artist's first amendment rights... Yes, that would include the pathetically ignorant wiener boys of Wilson Pitruzzelli Investments, LLC and Wurstkuche restaurant, Tyler Wilson & Joseph Pitruzzelli who don't want a mirror held up to their faces or any kind of reminder of what they did to me as their neighbor after they moved into the arts district. I am in the arts district to be around artist, to be inspired, to create, not be in the middle of the hellish nightmare Tyler Wilson & Joseph Pitruzzelli created for me by using an AIR building, a residential building for artists, as a noisy 24 hour commercial warehouse for their over priced, over cooked, mediocre sausage factory!!! I moved out as a direct result to what those assholes did to me and that section of the arts district, an area I've had lived in over 25 years!
Tyler Wilson & Joseph Pitruzzelli and Wurstkuche restaurant turned my creative workspace into a hellish living nightmare for me. And to date, still have no conscience or regret about what they did to me! They tried to ruin my life by filing a false police report just to harass me with a totally unwarranted restraining order that was full of twisted bullshit and blatant lies! Then they never even showed up in court to defend what they did or the pack of lies they vomited up in the police report! Tyler Wilson & Joseph Pitruzzelli the owners of Wurstkuche restaurant don't have a drop of integrity between them and are just self serving lying sleaze balls that I consider the scum of the arts district! Like spoiled children, they just don't give a damn about anything but themselves! Why should they? They're making to much money to care about what they have done to me or the effect they have had on any of the artist's surrounding them since they moved in!

LAPD Assaults Arts Walk Crowd
"The LAPD acted like a pack of bullies
with badges at Los Angeles Art Walk." says one art walk artist. The LAPD
totally over reacted to chalk protesters and totally fucked up the Los
Angeles Art Walk on July 12th for all the participating artists.
They were militant minded morons that bullied all the artist's customers
away and if you watch the video, bullies with badges is what they actually
look like. LAPD was assaulting people for writing with chalk, something
thousands of children do every day of the week all across America.
Are you fucking kidding me? LAPD's justification is pathetic and
self serving which makes all the cops involved just that; pathetic and
self serving.

Dog Lovers Agree on LARABA
Just came from the dog park in the
arts district. I just happen to be standing next to a few people
that were talking about being at the last LARABA meeting and being very
up set about how they were treated by LARABA at the meeting. (That's
because LARABA cares about the businesses in the arts district, not the
actual artists.) Anyway, as I listened, one girl called the people
running the meetings "elitist douche bags". WOW!! Those were
her exact words! Does that sound like anyone I discussed in my blogs?
Does their description sound a bit like the way I've described their douche
bag of a president, Joseph Pitruzzelli? Was she talking about him
personally or is his attitude just rubbing off on the rest of them as well?
Either way I feel so vindicated that I'm not the only one that feels this
way!

You know, this was the most intolerable things I have ever been through and the self serving representatives of the city of Los Angeles did absolutely nothing to stop it. And the reason why is obvious... Money! And despite winning my court case against the inconsiderate yuppie little pricks Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson who own the nightmare Wurstkuche restaurant, the police, namely my impotent senior lead officer Jack Richter, did absolutely nothing to stop that late night noise, despite his personal promised to me to do so. All I got was bullshit excuses! It was obvious Wurstkuche was making more money for the city then any of the artist around them at that point so fuck the artists! Right Jack?
The LADBS sited Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson, owners of Wurstkuche Restaurant as well as my asshole landlord Paul Solomon, and then..... did absolutely nothing to follow up and enforce their own order to stop the illegal activity at 808 E. 3rd St. that was a on going living nightmare for the artist neighbors, namely me. What a fucking sham by all of you involved!
Jan Perry and the city council hide their heads in the sand when an artist needs help, but is quick to accommodate all the invasive corporations and developers that they have let invade the LA Arts District and there actions have done nothing but assist the forced exodus of all the long time artists. Jan Perry never intervened in any way with Wurstkuche's illegal use of an AIR loft, except for bullshit lip service. I think you and your staff are all totally uncaring, impotent and worthless to the actual artists! I think you're all pathetic hypocrites!

in 30 years and I guarantee the next loft I get will not be in this City's

A LETTER TO: The Los Angeles River

Your president, Joseph Pitruzzelli
and his idiot cousin Tyler Wilson have got to be the most self centered
inconsiderate jackasses I have ever had to deal with as neighbors in the
arts district and I've been in 4 lofts down here in 30 years! For
Joseph to be the president of your organization or anything with "artist"
in the title is total hypocrisy on your part! But I guess the Los
Angeles River Artists and Business Association doesn't actually consider
the artist in the arts district actual "stake holders", as you put it on
your web site, right?
I won the court case against Joseph Pitruzzelli and Wurstkuche for violating LAMC noise ordinance codes and my rights on a daily basis and they actually appealed the ruling rather than even try to be considerate neighbors in any way, shape or form! That’s your self serving president! And according to the judge, that ruling that was already set in precedence long before I even sued these idiots! They obviously were not listening to the judge in court or are just too damn arrogant to care about their actual artist neighbors or what the court ruling was. Maybe that doesn't matter to your organization, but it mattered to me because Joseph Pitruzzelli disrupted my life!! Do you think it is right to have a "president" that actually thinks they can win the right to disturb their neighbors just because they are successful? What fucking arrogance! Because that's exactly what he did! What total hypocrisy on both your parts!
The court ruling in case number LAM 10M07169 said: "Nighttime operations causing excess noise constitutes private nuisance even if the use is permitted by city." And by the way, it is NOT permitted by the city! They have been given an order to comply by the city and ordered to turn 808 E. 3rd St., an actual AIR unit back into an actual AIR unit! But did Joseph Pitruzzelli ever comply? NO! That's your hypocritical president! It's amazing what money will make you guys overlook!
I actually thought they got it and were going to comply for the first week or so after the court ruling. But that’s how long it lasted, just a week or so, which seems to be the edge of Joseph’s attention span and the time limit on any promise to be quieter they he ever made me since they moved in here. His arrogance is disgusting! They tortured me out ofdd my studio as their neighbor from the first week they were here! And it still hasn’t stopped! They drag kegs and restaurant supplies in and out of an Artist in Residence loft that they illegally used as a noisy beer keg warehouse in what was once an actual AIR building, not a haven for yuppie pricks like Joseph Pitruzzelli. The arts district is supposed to be a creative environment, isn't it? And even as noisy as they are during the day, the noise is supposed to stop after 10:00 pm according to the law, not 3:30 am!
Months after the city ordered Joseph Pitruzzelli to comply and turn 808 E. 3rd Street back into an actual Artist in Residence they did NOTHING! The order to comply was ignored, and Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson did nothing but continued to ignore that city order to comply. Then Joseph Pitruzzelli appealed the court ruling so he could continue to torture his artist neighbors with his lack of conscience and non stop nightmare of 24 hour noise. To say they are a "nuisance" to the actual artists in the arts district is an incredible understatement. Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson are just blatant inconsiderate jackasses and have done nothing but disrupt their artist neighbor’s lives since they got to the LA Arts District! They just don't care and they don’t get it! That’s your hypocritical president! The city said it was wrong, the courts said it is wrong. The only ones who think it was okay to be as inconsiderate as they want to be are Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson and your organization!
Again that's your president of the Los Angeles River Artists and Business Association! Why don't you guys just call it the Los Angeles Business Association because you really can't give a damn about the actual artists if you have a self serving jackass like Joseph Pitruzzelli as your president!

This is an AIR building and supposed to be a creative live / work space, and a commercial business can not use it on a 24 hours basis. Hours of operation in a residential building has to be enforced! The city needs to enforce their codes and help the artist who are being taken advantage of constantly by landlords. I know that Linear City is getting more for that space and that is why they are not lifting a finger to stop the Restaurant's usage. They would rather throw me out and turn this space retail as well, and have told me that to my face. I have no doubt they are trying to annoy me away! So basically I'm getting screwed by an inconsiderate none artist neighbor and a money hungry retail minded landlord that doesn't care! Why are the actual Artist's in the Arts District the last ones thought about in this terrible economy! Please help! That said, and to be honest, because I'm not expecting any cavalry, I'm actually taking the city's advice and filing the first law suit this week. I sent the letter below today and will be following it up with action this week. The owners of Wurstkuche have become arrogant with their success and don't care if they wake me all hours of the night or early morning by using that unit as a warehouse. At this point, the suit may not even stop them. But being kept awake every night and then woken again almost every morning has effected my health, peace of mind, and my work and it has to stop, or at the least be paid for! These guys come to the art's district and don't care about the actual artist living next to them. I'm an artist and I have have had 5 lofts in the arts district in the last 30 years. When the last artist is actually gone from this area, the last loft turned retail or condo to make a few dollars more for some landlord, will the city still call this area the LA Arts District? You told me you wanted to turn this space retail the first year I moved in here. But while someone is still living here? It has become very obvious to me that you just don't give a damn and are actually trying to drive me out of this studio so you can turn this space into retail or a commercial space just to make a few more bucks and now, not have to comply with LADBS or LAMC noise ordenence codes with regards to me living next to it. This is the same "screw the artist" mentality that I got from the gallery that just killed me, and the same mentality that has gotten most of America into the financial hole it's now in! Kick 'em when they're down, right? And that is exactly what you did Paul. Rima Fine Art defrauded me just weeks before you served me and I asked you personally for your help to set up a show or two to help me catch up, didn't I? But you didn't even give me the courtesy of a response, and management knew I was just days out of the hospital for my hip surgery when you served me! Like I said. You kicked me when I was down rather then even consider helping. And haven't answered one email from me. So I'm posting this as a blog instead of waisting my time sending it to you. I got tired of getting shit on this past year by everyone, including Linear City and that's why I'm fighting back, win or loose! The first 3 years I was here, my neighbor in 808, Jeb, was running a rock and roll recording studio and had 4 people living in back, and I never had one noise problem! But just like you did to me after my first year here, you refused to give Jeb a new lease and chased him away after being in that space for 12 years. I have complained to you and Linear City in writing since the first week you rented that newly gutted, un-insulated space as a metal shop for Wurstkuche's construction. Allowing them to literally grind metal and do heavy construction in there right next to me, again, with no more insulation in the walls, and no consideration for me what so ever. The noise was so loud I literally had to leave my studio multiple times. The manager at that time, Frank, assured me Linear City or the new tenants would be insulating the walls. Frank also assured me that Linear City would make sure the tenants in there would comply with the residential hours of an AIR building. BULLSHIT! LIES! ALL FUCKING LIES! Never happened! You have tortured me! Forcing me to endure their intrusive construction, their none stop traffic and now the never ending banging of metal beer kegs well into the night, 24 / 7 for well over a year now. And despite my complaints, niether Linear City or any management you appointed have done one damn thing to stop it, constrain the hours, or insulate to muffle the noise! You have allowed them to make 808 an illegal extension of their restaurant with absolutely no consideration for the fact that I actually live right next to it on the other side of a thin plaster wall! They have done nothing but bring noise and 24 hour disruptive activity in what was, and still should be, a peaceful creative artist environment! You have done absolutely nothing to enforce the residential aspect of this Artist In Residence building. Nothing! This is a total breach of quiet enjoyment of this space and at this point I actually wish I never moved in here! All I've gotten from you and Linear City is broken promises, bullshit appeasement, pass the buck game playing and out right blatant lies since I moved in here! And despite my complaints, you haven't done one damn thing to change or rectify this situation except to look for an opportunity to evict me rather then lift one fucking finger to help in any way!! My first impression of you that I blogged about in 2008 was right on the button and it seems that everything my x-neighbors Jeb and Todd said about you was absolutely true! You don't give a fuck about the artists in the arts district! All you give a damn about is how to make money off of us. This became even more apparent when I saw the tiny cubicles you are renting as "artist work spaces" in your building on Industrial. They are nothing more then fucking closets! Tiny cubicles with 4 walls and a door! Gee. You put a lot of care and thought into that one, didn't you? You are by far one of the most self centered inconsiderate landlords I or any artist could ever have! And that is my experience. You have tortured me with your lack of consideration and it has, and continues to, effect my health, my peace of mind, my work and my ability to just get a fucking nights sleep!
